Massive Victory

On March 30, 2023, the Firm won its biggest victory ever, securing a controlling ownership interest in a successful wine and liquor distributor, along with a money judgment of approximately $20 million on top.

The matter is Kleeberg v. Eber, 16-cv-9517, filed in the federal court in the Southern District of New York. The Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan, District Judge, presided over the case and rendered the 100-page bench decision after a trial that took place in September 2021.
